Challenges in Pediatric Nursing

Abstract

My goals for this project are to describe the challenges nurses face when caring for children with disabilities and how they overcome these challenges. This includes communication barriers, difficult medical needs, time constraints, emotional stress, lack of training, and family dynamics. My creative process behind this project was to make something that demonstrated some of the challenges nurses faced and just describe some of the challenges. I also put some images to go with each challenge.
